Grapefruit Jelly

  • 3 cup grapefruit juice (fresh or canned)
  • 4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 each ounce) box pectin
  • 3 drop red food color

Instructions

    Add pectin to juice and bring to a boil.

    Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add food color.

  4. 4

    Skim and pour into six 6-ounce jars.

  5. 5

    Skim again and seal.
