  • 16 count large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 count lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 5 count cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    Peel and devein shrimp and place in a shallow, rimmed baking pan.

    In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, vegetable oil, and minced garlic.

    Pour the marinade over the shrimp and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Preheat broiler. Broil shrimp for about 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
