  • 1 quart full fat milk
  • 2 cup sweet mango pulp
  • 0.5 cup sugar

    Peel the mangoes and separate the pulp from the seed. Pour milk into a mixer/electric blender/food processor and add the mango pulp and sugar. Mix until the mango pulp is well blended with the milk giving a pale yellow color. Chill and serve. 30 minute Indian Cuisine - 47 -
