Jumbo Garlic Shrimp

  • 48 piece jumbo shrimps, cleaned and deveined
  • 4 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 cup olive oil

Instructions

    In large bowl combine oil, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Blend well and add in the shrimp. Coat the shrimp well.

    Heat skillet over high heat and sauté shrimp half at a time until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per batch.

    Serve in a large bowl with toothpicks or plate 6 per person as a first course.
