- 3 whole medium zucchini, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 4 whole medium tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 whole large onion, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- 0.5 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
