Zucchini Tomato Casserole

  • 3 whole medium zucchini, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 whole medium tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 whole large onion, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  • 0.5 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Sauté zucchini in butter with a light sprinkling of garlic powder.
