- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1 pound tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat oil.

Cook onions until soft (about 5 minutes).

Add tomatoes and sugar and cook for 10 minutes.

Add water, salt, and pepper and stir.

When sauce boils, add zucchini and dill.

Cook until zucchini is tender (about 15 minutes).
