- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 lb tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 cup water
- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped

Salt and pepper In a large saucepan, heat oil. Cook onions until soft (about 5 minutes). Add tomatoes and sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Add water, salt, and pepper and stir.
