- 6 zucchini, diced
- 12–15 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Heat oil in saucepan.

Add garlic and zucchini.

Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with herbs and continue to cook until zucchini is pulpy.

To serve, leave sauce slightly lumpy or mash it to form paste.
