  • 8 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 0.8 cup water
