  • 0.3 cup flax seeds
  • 0.3 cup heavy cream
  • 0.3 cup Davinci Syrup, any flavor
  • 0.5 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 6 each ice cubes

Instructions

    Blend all ingredients EXCEPT the ice in your blender until smooth.

    Then add the ice and blend.

    It makes a sinful "smoothie".
