YOGURT POPCORN

  • 0 each qt. popped popcorn (air popped)
  • 1 each C. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 6 each oz. light pancake syrup
  • 2 each tsp. maple or caramel extract

Instructions

    Put popped popcorn in a large bowl and keep warm.

    In a 2 1/2-quart saucepan, combine yogurt and light pancake syrup.

  3. 3

    Bring to 225ºF on a candy thermometer and remove immediately from the heat.

  4. 4

    Add maple or caramel extract.

  5. 5

    Pour over popped popcorn, stirring to coat.
