Yellow Curry Chicken Wings

- 2 lb chicken wings
- For the marinade:
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tbsp mild yellow curry powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 1 tsp red chili flakes

Rinse and pat wings dry with paper towels. Whisk marinade ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well-combined. Add wings to bowl and toss to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Prepare one side of the griddle for medium heat and the other side on medium-high. Working in batches, grill wings over medium heat, turning occasionally, until skin starts to brown; about 12 minutes. Move wings to medium-high area of griddle for 5 minutes on each side to char until cooked through; meat thermometer should register 165°F when touching the bone. Transfer wings to a platter and Servings warm.
