- 1 package active dry yeast 3 tbsp. applesauce, 1 tbsp
- 1 0.3 cup warm water 1 tbsp. honey, 110o to 115o degrees
- 1 cup unbleached flour 1 tbsp. dark molasses
- salt
- 2 cup whole wheat flour

In large mixing bowl, DISSOLVE yeast in warm water. ADD unbleached flour, salt, applesauce, honey, and molasses. BEAT well. STIR in whole wheat flour, blending well.
