Microwave chocolate and 1/4 cup whipping cream in drained, canned, pitted Bing cherries; or frozen a 1 quart microwave safe bowl at medium power 1 sweet cherries, thawed and drained minute and 10 seconds; whisk until chocolate melts confectioners' (powdered) sugar and mixture is smooth. Beat butter and 1 cup pow- dered sugar at low speed with a mixer until blended. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Corn Meal Cookies Pat the cherries completely dry with paper towels, 3/4 cup Oleo 1 cup sugar then spread them evenly in a shallow, buttered 1 egg 1-1/2 cups flour baking dish or pan that holds 5 to 6 cups and is 1/2 cup corn meal 1 teaspoon baking powder about 2" deep.
