White Castle and Zucchini Casserole
A fun, unique casserole using White Castle sliders, zucchini, and ricotta layered with spaghetti sauce.

- 10 whole White Castle hamburgers with onions
- 3 whole small zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 4 tbsp flour
- 8 oz meatless spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 whole egg, beaten
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove hamburgers and onions from the buns. Spread garlic butter on all the buns and set aside.

Place zucchini strips in the bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with flour.

Top with White Castle hamburgers and onions. Add spaghetti sauce.

Mix ricotta cheese and beaten egg; spread over sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Broil buns open-faced until toasted.

Cut casserole into 5 to 6 servings and spoon onto the toasted buns.
