Wagon Wheel Sausage Pie

  • 12 oz Little Sizzlers sausage
  • 3 cup shredded zucchini
  • 0.5 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.8 cup baking mix
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 each eggs

Instructions

    Cook sausages and drain.

    Grease a 10-inch pie plate.

    Spread potatoes in pie plate.

  4. 4

    Mix together next 5 ingredients and spread over potatoes.

    Arrange sausages in spoke fashion on top.

    Mix together baking mix, cream and eggs and pour around sausages.

    Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
