Vidalia Onion and Sausage Casserole

- 5 large Vidalia onions, sliced and lightly sautéed
- 12 buttery crackers, crushed
- 1 lb pork sausage meat, browned and drained
- 0.3 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 0.5 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small jar pimentos

Combine sautéed onions, browned sausage, seasoning salt, cream of mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese, and pimentos in a large casserole dish.
