Veggie Burgers Geezer Steak
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef 2 large round roasts
- 1 0.5 cup minced onions pepper
- 1 0.5 cup diced green peppers garlic powder
- 1 0.5 cup chopped fresh tomatoes onion powder
- chopped stuffed olives
- 1 lb thick bacon

Soft margarine Season steak with pepper, garlic and onion powder.

8 sandwich-sized zip-lock bags Wrap bacon around sides of steak but leave top and

1 gallon-sized zip-lock bag bottom exposed. Tie bacon to steak with string near

top and bottom securely anchoring bacon to steak.

Thoroughly mix ground beef, onions, green peppers, Combine salt and water to make paste. Mound

tomatoes, olives, cheese, salt, and egg. Shape into about 3/4 of mixture over top of steak, covering meat

8 patties and seal each in a sandwich zip-lock bag. completely. Place steak Bon rack over hot coals,
