- 0.8 cup Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk
- 3 Tbsn all-purpose flour
- 0.8 cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 2 tspn prepared mustard
- 0.3 tspn black pepper
- 1 0.3 cup hot cooked elbow Dubuque 97% fat-free ham or any extra-lean ham
- 1 cup cut green beans, rinsed and drained, one 8 oz can
- 1 cup sliced carrots, rinsed and drained, one 8 oz can
- In a covered jar, combine evaporated skim milk and flour. Shake well to blend.
