  • 0.8 cup Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk
  • 3 Tbsn all-purpose flour
  • 0.8 cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tspn prepared mustard
  • 0.3 tspn black pepper
  • 1 0.3 cup hot cooked elbow Dubuque 97% fat-free ham or any extra-lean ham
  • 1 cup cut green beans, rinsed and drained, one 8 oz can
  • 1 cup sliced carrots, rinsed and drained, one 8 oz can
  • In a covered jar, combine evaporated skim milk and flour. Shake well to blend.
