- 2 cup carrots, cut in strips, cooked & drained
- 2 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 0.3 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 pint tomato juice
- 4 cup green beans, drained
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 tbsp tapioca
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Dot with 2 tablespoons margarine and cook on low for 8-10 hour or on
- high for 4-5 hours.

Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker/Crock Pot.
