  • 2 cup carrots, cut in strips, cooked & drained
  • 2 cup celery, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 0.3 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1 pint tomato juice
  • 4 cup green beans, drained
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 tbsp tapioca
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Dot with 2 tablespoons margarine and cook on low for 8-10 hour or on
  • high for 4-5 hours.

    Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker/Crock Pot.
