Vanilla Sour Cream Bread

  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened
  • 3 cup Gold Medal Better for Bread Bread Flour
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp bread machine or quick active dry yeast

Instructions

    Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle.

    Use Light crust color.

  4. 4

    Do not use delay cycle.

  5. 5

    Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
