  • 4 ice cubes
  • 0.5 cup (120 ml) water
  • 2 tbsp collagen peptides or protein
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, unflavored MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp smooth unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tsp erythritol, or 1 drop liquid stevia
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

    Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the ice is pulverized. Transfer to an 8-ounce (240-ml) or larger glass. Best enjoyed immediately.
