- 4 ice cubes
- 0.5 cup (120 ml) water
- 2 tbsp collagen peptides or protein
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, unflavored MCT oil
- 1 tbsp smooth unsweetened almond butter
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tsp erythritol, or 1 drop liquid stevia
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the ice is pulverized. Transfer to an 8-ounce (240-ml) or larger glass. Best enjoyed immediately.
