Tzatziki Cucumber And Yogurt Dip
Classic Greek tzatziki dip by Emeril — creamy Greek yogurt whisked with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and fresh mint folded with diced cucumber. Serve with olives and fried bread.

- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 each medium cucumber, peeled and diced small
- 2 tsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 1 handful Kalamata olives, for serving
- 4 slice bread, fried, for serving
