Tzatziki Cucumber And Yogurt Dip

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 each medium cucumber, peeled and diced small
  • 2 tsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 handful Kalamata olives, for serving
  • 4 slice bread, fried, for serving
