  • 1 each turkey carcass
  • 2 each onions, chopped
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 6 each carrots, chopped
  • 2 each chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 each c. rice or 6 cubed potatoes

Instructions

    Salt & pepper to taste Dash parsley In enough water to cover carcass boil carcass for 2 hours.

    Pick meat from bones.

  3. 3

    Strain broth and return broth and meat to pan.

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 1 hour. *For extra hearty soup, add any leftover mashed potatoes, stuffing and gravy to soup.
