Turkey Crunch
Diced turkey or chicken with chow mein noodles, mushrooms, and pimento in a creamy mushroom soup sauce.

- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 0.3 cup celery, sliced
- 0.3 cup onion, chopped
- 0.3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 0.3 cup milk
- 5 oz chow mein noodles (1 can)
- 1 0.5 cup diced cooked turkey or chicken
- 4 oz canned mushroom pieces
- 2 tbsp sliced pimento
- 0.3 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp poultry seasoning

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a skillet, cook butter, celery, onion, and green pepper until tender.

In a bowl, combine soup, milk, and the onion mixture. Stir in chow mein noodles, turkey, mushroom pieces, pimento, salt, and poultry seasoning.

Pour into a sprayed casserole dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
