  • 8 slice brioche or white bread
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Creole mustard
  • 8 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sliced turkey
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce, for serving

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Spread mayonnaise on one side of 4 bread slices. Spread Creole mustard on the other 4 slices.

    Place a slice of cheese on the mayonnaise side. Divide turkey among sandwiches. Top with remaining cheese, then the mustard bread.

    In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.

    Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

    In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Pan-fry sandwiches until golden on both sides.

    Transfer sandwiches to a baking sheet and bake until cheese is fully melted, about 5 minutes.

    Slice in half and serve with cranberry sauce.
