  • 1 0.5 cup stovetop stuffing mix, prepared per package
  • 10 0.8 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 cup cooked turkey, cubed

Instructions

    Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions. Set aside.

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a medium saucepan, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, and cheese. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer the sauce, cubed turkey, and stuffing mix. End with the stuffing mix on top.

    Bake for 30–40 minutes or until hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
