Turkey and Stuffing Bake

  • 0.3 cup butter
  • 2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 0.5 cup sliced celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 10 0.8 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 0.5 cup cubed cooked turkey

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Melt ⅓ cup butter in a saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix and set aside.

    Sauté celery and onion in 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat for 8 minutes until tender.

    Stir in cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and water until blended. Remove from heat.

    Stir in cubed turkey and half the buttered stuffing mix until well combined.

    Transfer to a shallow greased 1½-quart baking dish. Top with remaining stuffing mix.

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until heated through.
