  • 1 lb large red peppers
  • 1 each fresh red chili
  • 2 each -4 garlic cloves, unpeeled
  • 3 each well flavored tomatoes
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 each -3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
