Tuna Noodle Casserole

  • 12 0.5 oz canned tuna, drained and flaked
  • 4 cup egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cup milk
  • 10 oz frozen peas and carrots
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Make sauce: melt margarine in a saucepan. Add flour and onion, stir 1 minute. Add milk and cook over medium heat until thick and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

    Combine cooked egg noodles, tuna, vegetables, and sauce in a greased casserole dish.

    Top with cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
