Tuna Chili Surprise

  • 1 lb pasta spirals
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 each chicken stock cubes
  • 1 lb frozen mixed veggies or equivalent fresh diced veggies
  • 2 can tuna in water, undrained
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheese (optional)

Instructions

    Cook pasta and drain.

    In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour for one minute over medium heat.

    Add milk and chicken stock cubes.

    Add veggies and heat through.

    Add tuna and pasta.

    Add chili sauce.

    Place in oven proof dish.

    Sprinkle with cheese and heat in a moderate oven until gold on top.
