Tuna-Cashew Casserole

Chow mein noodles, tuna, cashews, and celery baked in cream of mushroom soup.

  • 3 oz chow mein noodles (1 can)
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.3 cup water
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 0.3 lb cashew nuts
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Reserve ½ cup chow mein noodles. Mix remaining noodles with soup, water, tuna, cashews, and celery.

    Put into a casserole dish. Sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles on top.

    Bake uncovered for 40 to 60 minutes.
