Triple Cheese Macaroni

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.8 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup half-and-half
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.3 tsp sugar
  • 0.8 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 10 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 5 oz Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 5 oz Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.

    Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add milk, half-and-half, cream, sugar, salt, ranch seasoning, and cayenne; mix well.

    Add macaroni and all three cheeses; stir until fully incorporated.

    Pour into a large baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap, then foil.
