Tortilla Beef Bake

Ground beef and cream of chicken soup over crunchy tortilla chips with salsa and melted Cheddar.

  • 1 0.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 0.5 cup tortilla chips, crushed, divided
  • 16 oz salsa (1 jar)
  • 1 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)

Instructions

    In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup.

    Sprinkle 1½ cups of the crushed tortilla chips in a greased shallow 2½-quart baking dish.

    Top with beef mixture, then salsa, then cheese.

    Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining tortilla chips and bake 3 more minutes until chips are lightly toasted. Serves 6.
