Tomato Potato Soup
Hearty Eastern European tomato and potato soup thickened with a flour and sour cream mixture — simple, satisfying, and warming.

- 10 whole medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can tomato paste
- 4 0.5 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt to taste

Cover potatoes with water; add a little salt and boil until tender.

Dilute tomato paste with a little water and add to the potatoes.

In a small bowl, mix flour with just enough milk to form a paste; stir until smooth.

Add sour cream; stir until blended, then add more milk. Stir and pour into soup.
