Tomato Potato Skins

- 8 each baking potatoes
- 2 each tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 each green onions, chopped
- 1 each tsp. olive oil
- 2 each tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 each tsp. salt
- 1 each tsp. onion powder
- 1 each tsp. chili powder
- 1 each 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 each . Microwave potatoes for 3 minutes each, which should be 24 minutes.
- 2 each . Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato middles.
