  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 5 quart ground ripe tomatoes
  • 3 each onions, ground
  • 1 each green bell pepper, ground
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Instructions

    Combine sugars, vinegar and spices.

    Bring to a boil.

    Add ground vegetables and pineapple.

  4. 4

    Simmer over low heat until desired thickness, stirring frequently.

    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
