Tomatensalat (Tomato Salad)

  • 5 each tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 each tsp. salt
  • 0.3 each tsp. dried thyme
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 each Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 each Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 each tsp. dried basil
  • 0.3 each tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 6 each Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 each onion, diced

Instructions

    Mix together: salt, dried thyme, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, dried basil, pepper, vinegar, and onions.

    Toss with tomatoes.

    Chill for about an hour and serve on lettuce leaves.
