  • 1 0.5 lb fresh tofu, mashed fine or whizzed in food processor
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup cooked carrots, blended into a paste
  • 0.5 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tbsp CHICKEN STYLE SEASONING (68)
  • 1 large clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp coriander
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 5/8 cup water, if tofu is very firm
  • 350°. Let COOL slightly before serving.
