- 1 0.5 lb fresh tofu, mashed fine or whizzed in food processor
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup cooked carrots, blended into a paste
- 0.5 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 1 tbsp CHICKEN STYLE SEASONING (68)
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp coriander
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 5/8 cup water, if tofu is very firm
- 350°. Let COOL slightly before serving.
