Toasty Cheese Bake

- 8 slice white bread
- 0.5 each lb. ground beef
- 0.3 each c. onion, chopped
- 1 each tbsp. prepared mustard
- 0.3 each tsp. dry mustard
- 1 each c. sharp cheese, shredded
- 1 each egg, slightly beaten
- 0.8 each c. milk
- 1 each tsp. salt
- 2 each tbsp. celery, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Toast bread and butter on both sides.

Cook and stir meat, onion, celery, prepared mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Cook until onion is tender and beef is brown.

Alternate layers of toast, meat mixture and cheese in greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, dry mustard and milk.

Pour over layers in pan.

Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
