Thrifty Salad Mold

- 1 each pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 each -1/2 c. hot water
- 1/3 each c. syrup from peaches
- 2 each tbsp. vinegar
- 1 each c. canned cling peach slices
- 0.5 each c. finely shredded cabbage
- 0.5 each c. diced celery
- 1 each tbsp. diced pimiento
Instructions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

Blend in peach syrup, vinegar and salt, and cool until slightly thickened.

Fold well drained peaches, cabbage, celery and pimiento into thickened gelatin.

Spoon into 6 individual molds or one large mold and chill until firm.

Unmold on salad greens and serve with mayonnaise.
