Three Bean Salad

  • 1 0.5 cup cooked kidney beans
  • 1 0.5 cup cooked garbanzo beans
  • 1 0.8 cup cooked green beans
  • 0.3 cup onions, minced
  • 0.3 cup olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp pimento, diced
  • 0.3 cup lemon juice
  • 0.3 cup water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.3 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

    In a large mixing bowl, stir vegetables together. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, water and seasonings. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Place in refrigerator for several hours, allowing flavors to marinate. Makes 5 cups.
