- 3 cup dry pink beans (or pintos) 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 6 cup water 3/4 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 0.3 tsp salt 2 tsp. soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos

- 2 cup pineapple juice 12 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 large onions sliced

- 4 cup light molasses
- 3 clove garlic, minced OR 1 1/2 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

SOAK and SIMMER beans in water and pineapple juice. Salt when nearly done. SAUTE
- 2
onions, celery and garlic in a small amount of water. COMBINE all ingredients. COVER
- 3
beans with bean liquid or water in a baking dish. BAKE at 350° for 2 hours.
