Tater Tot Casserole

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 10 0.8 oz can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 32 oz package frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Brown the ground beef in a skillet with garlic, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.

    Transfer the cooked beef to a medium-size glass casserole dish.

    Spoon the cream of chicken soup evenly over the top of the meat.

    Arrange frozen Tater Tots over the entire surface in a single layer.

    Cover with foil and bake for approximately 25 minutes.

    Remove foil, sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the Tater Tots, and bake uncovered 5–10 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
