- 4 cup chopped boneless chicken 2 lbs. sweet potato tops
- 2 medium sized taro
- 1/
- 2 cup lemon juice
- 2 large onions chopped 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cup chopped green leaves (taro leaves, pumpkin tips, pele)

- 4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/
- 4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup water Blanch potato tops by dipping in boiling water. Chop, then mix with
- 2 tbsp lemon juice the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve.

Peel taros, cut them into thin slices, and place the cut-up taro in the Note: Very high in sodium. To reduce, use less soy sauce.
