  • 2 medium sized taro

  • 2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 large onions chopped 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cup chopped green leaves (taro leaves, pumpkin tips, pele)

  • 3 tomatoes

  • 4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup water Blanch potato tops by dipping in boiling water. Chop, then mix with
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve.

Instructions

    Peel taros, cut them into thin slices, and place the cut-up taro in the Note: Very high in sodium. To reduce, use less soy sauce.
