- 3 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 3-4 lb boneless chuck roast -- trimmed
- 16 hamburger buns -- split
- In a slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients; mix well. Add roast. Cover and
