Taco Twist
Seasoned ground beef and tomato sauce layered over corkscrew pasta with sour cream and Cheddar cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (1.125 oz) taco seasoning mix
- 15 oz tomato sauce (1 can)
- 0.3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 3 cup corkscrew (rotini) pasta, cooked and drained (8 oz dry)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 0.5 cup sour cream

Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Combine cooked pasta, ½ cup of the cheese, and sour cream; place on the bottom of a 10×6-inch baking dish.

Top with meat mixture and remaining ½ cup cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
