    COOL TO LUKEWARM STEP III: COMBINE I & II.

    ADD THE FOLLOWING: 4 EGGS 1 teaspoon CINNAMON 1 teaspoon SALT 1/2 teaspoon NUTMEG 1/2 teaspoon ALLSPICE 1/3 CUP BROKEN PECANS STEP IV: MIX WELL AND POUR INTO A GREASED CASSEROLE (1 1/2 QT.) (MAKES 6 - 8 SERVINGS) * CAN BE COVERED AND FROZEN AS IS UNTIL USED. (DEFROST BEFORE BAKING) ** BAKE AT 425 FOR 15 MINUTES, TURN DOWN OVEN TO 375F FOR 30 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL FIRM.
