  • 3 cup bread flour
  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 pinch nutmeg
  • 0 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp powdered milk
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 0.8 cup cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 0.8 cup water
  • 3 tbsp dark raisins
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in machine and push start.

    Use raisin bread cycle, adding fruit and nuts at beep.
