Sweet and Sour Pork (Crockpot)
Tender pork strips slow-cooked with pineapple, onions, green peppers, vinegar, and soy sauce in a classic sweet-sour sauce.

- 3 lb boneless pork, cut in 2" strips
- 3 tsp paprika
- 2 small onions, thinly sliced
- 2 whole green peppers, cut in strips
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 can pineapple chunks, drained — reserve syrup
- 0.5 cup vinegar
- 1 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 0.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp cornstarch

Sprinkle pork pieces with paprika. Sauté pork in shortening in skillet; discard fat.

Place meat in slow cooker liner. Add sliced onion and green pepper strips.

Combine brown sugar, dry milk, cornstarch, bouillon, reserved pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire. Pour over pork.

Cover and cook on LOW 6–8 hours.

Add pineapple chunks in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
