- 1 cup boiling Water
- 1 cup drained crushed Pineapple
- 0.5 cup Pineapple juice
- 0.5 cup grated Carrots
- 4 tsp Lemon juice

Dissolve lemon gelatin dessert in boiling water in medium bowl. Add pineapple juice, carrots and lemon juice mix well.
